A slightly decadent, steel-like natural cabochon with natural skulls from Moroccan Brazilian hematite. Original hand sanding, sanded by us. (we left the surface as nature created it, the bottom is polished for better comfort) It will look great with small cabochons, such as garnet, moonstone, etc.

Hematite belongs to the first chakra and is related to blood. It is a favorite stone of healers, and is especially used to harmonize the first - life chakra. When hematite is cut and ground, everything is literally blood red, (because it is a mineral of ferruginous nature). Unlike Chinese compressed iron filings, which are often mistaken for hematite today, this one is truly natural, and so its effect on humans is natural. As such, hematite is not magnetic.
